Vivica Fox Pleads Not Guilty to DUI

It must be alcohol-awareness day! Vivica Fox pleaded not guilty yesterday to drunken driving charges six months after she was stopped for allegedly going 80 mph and weaving in and out of traffic in her Escalade on the Ventura freeway.
If convicted, Fox could face a $1,000 fine and up to six months in jail. Wait, she’s a celeb, we all know she won’t ever get a day in jail for a DUI. According to the police report:
Fox, 43, was stopped March 20 in the San Fernando Valley after her 2007 Cadillac Escalade passed a black-and-white California Highway Patrol car, according to a CHP report.
After she failed a series of sobriety tests, the report said, the actress began to berate the officers as she was being arrested.
“Fox began to walk away, yelling at my partner, `Brother, help a sister, are you going to let this racist white cop do this … well, are you?“‘ the report stated.

Nicole Richie Enrolls In Alcohol Education Program

Nicole Richie, at six months pregnnant, has entered a lengthy anti-drinking education program. According to papers filed with the Superior Court of California, Richie has enrolled in an 18-month anti-drinking driver course known as the SB 38 Alcohol Program.
SB 38 is for people that have been convicted of DUI more than once in the last seven years. Basically it’s for winners.
The program consists of 52 hours of group counseling, bi-weekly face-to-face interviews, and 12 hours of alcohol education. Participants are also encouraged to attend 12-step programs.
I think it’s cool that Nicole is enrolling in this program, she seems to be cleaning her act up a bit. The one question I have though is what the hell will she learn about alcohol in there? I mean I think she already knows about every kind of alcohol, pill, every strain of weed, coke, etc. I’m sure she knows what the negative effects of alcohol are. But, I digress, at least it is good that she is doing something positive. It’s better than breaking into Cheetos factories on a nightly basis and being caught red-handed with Cheeto-stains all over your face and hands and then being arrested.

Diddy is at his club antics once again. Diddy reportedly arrived at GoldBar in NYC with four other people and when the hostess asked how many people were in his party instead of saying “five,” he replied “fucking bitch” and walked past her! Class act - I bet Diddy has been hanging out with Kid Rock and Wayne Brady a lot lately. At least use something a little more pleasant than “fucking bitch” like “step off bitch” or just walk by her like you can’t even see her - that’s what I usually do. “Fucking bitch” is so neanderthal.

Apparently talks are in place with Sony to make a remake of the classic “The Karate Kid.” Will Smith’s son, Jaden Smith, is set to be the karate kid in the remake. The main reason he is slated to be in the movie is that Will’s production company is producing the remake. You have got to be kidding me! Way to ruin a classic. Raplh Macchio and Pat Morita played the karate kid and sensai in the original, which by the way, was an actual movie that was a classic.
Jaden Smith is about the last person who would ever be the karate kid. Is Hollywood really that desperate? And c’mon Will, I understand he’s your son, but are you going to give him every single role that you can just so he grows up with a silver spoon doing crappy movies?

Dylan McDermott and his wife of nearly 12 years, actress Shiva Rose, have separated, his rep confirms to PEOPLE. McDermott, 45, and Rose, 38, have been married since 1995 and have two daughters, 11-year-old Collette and 2-year-old Charlotte.
In a 2001 interview with Diane Sawyer, McDermott says he saw Shiva in a coffee shop and was instantly smitten. “I was in love with her right away,” he said. “For her, it was a little longer, you know, a couple of years. But for me, it was right away. I guess it was grace.”
McDermott, who played defense attorney Bobby Donnell on The Practice, is back on primetime in the new ABC drama Big Shots alongside Michael Vartan, Joshua Molina and Christopher Titus.

Almost 24 hours after a Los Angeles judge ordered random drug testing for Britney Spears, the young mother of two was back in the bars, where according to a Life & Style spy, “She seemed to be on a mission to get drunk.”
Matters got worse when Britney’s estranged mother received a cryptic call. “It was one of Britney’s friends saying he’d seen Brit take four Ecstasy pills in the bedroom of a Hollywood Hills home during a party on Aug. 11,” another source told Life & Style. “Lynne was also told that Brit’s done the drug more recently — and she’s taken Ativan, an anti-anxiety medication, to help her come down because the Ecstasy was so intense. Lynne put down the phone and froze.”
Those close to the embattled pop singer are now urging her to check out Circque Lodge in Utah, the same place where Lindsay Lohan went to get clean. Otherwise, she may lose custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, to ex Kevin Federline forever. According to another insider, “If Brit finally acknowledges that she must face her addictions, then that’s the best place. It’s working for Lindsay, and hopefully Brit will see that as inspiration.”

Actress Kim Cattrall graciously agreed to revive her saucy Samantha Jones character for the much-anticipated “Sex and the City: The Movie.” But that doesn’t mean she’s closed the rift with the show’s star, Sarah Jessica Parker.
According to the New York Daily News, a “scowling” Kim stomped out of a “Sex and the City” reunion celebration at Butter restaurant almost as soon as SJP arrived. According to a source, Kim left, “just shooting a dirty look at the paparazzi.” Meanwhile, Cynthia Nixon did not attend the get-together. But Kristin Davis stayed on to hang with SJP. “Thirty minutes later the other two left, with big smiles on their faces. Kristen climbed into a town car and Sarah looked like she was walking home.”
Kim and SJP reportedly fell out over pay inequity during the show’s final 2004 season. It seems that as producer and star, SJP raked in considerably more than Kim on the HBO hit series. Allegedly, that’s also the reason Kim took so long to agree to appease hardcore “Sex” fans and sign on to the film.Back on the set, Kim and SJP glammed it up as Sam and Carrie, but according to one spy, their scripted kiss between friends seemed colder than ice.

Though reps for the fashion label say that no decision has been reached, OK! has exclusively learned that Angelina Jolie has been replaced as the face of St. John, for whom she’d been modeling since September 2005.
“Putting celebrities in campaigns is the biggest trend right now, everyone is doing it, but it didn’t work for St. John with Angelina,” a fashion industry insider explains to OK!. “The people that wear St. John just didn’t relate to her.”
St. John’s collections are largely comprised of conservative suit outfits and are wardrobe staples of women such as Condoleeza Rice and Hillary Clinton.
