Samantha Ronson Good for Lindsay Lohan
Friends of LA deejay Samantha Ronson are coming to the defense of Lindsay Lohan’s close pal. Ronson, one of the few friends Lohan has been snapped with since leaving rehab earlier this month, has been repeatedly labeled an “enabler” and a “bad influence” in the press.
A friend of Lohan told Page Six, however, “People who know Lindsay and know Sam know she’s a good influence in Lindsay’s life. Sam has stopped Lindsay from destructive behavior in the past, and where most people want something from Lindsay, Sam doesn’t. She’s not an enabler - she doesn’t do drugs. She’s completely stable.” Asked for comment about her reputation as a “bad influence,” Ronson told us, “It’s frustrating that I have to make a comment about my friends, but apparently taking the high road only generates false allegations. Those who know me know the truth. I’m not sure where or why these rumors started, but that’s all they are.”
