Morgan Freeman is Serious Car Accident

Morgan Freeman is in serious condition after being involved in a car accident in Mississippi late Sunday night.

The 71-year-old Oscar winner, who currently costars in the The Dark Knight, was driving in Tallahatchie County when the accident happened at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday, Mississippi Highway Patrol public affairs officer Sgt. Ben Williams tells People Magazine. A passenger, whose name was not released, was also in the car with Freeman.
