Katie Holmes Denies Forcing Out Cruise's Family

Katie Holmes has had enough! She is tossing her in-laws out of the Beverly Hills mansion she and Tom Cruise just moved into.

According to a source who spoke to OK! magazine, ” When Katie and Tom recently moved into a $35 million home in Beverly Hills, Katie put her foot down and insisted that everyone — other than Suri and Tom's two children with Nicole Kidman, Isabella, 15, and Connor, 13 — find another place to live.”

The Cruise’s rep denies any family members were thrown out, stating, “this has nothing to do with Katie."

Tom Cruise had been living with his mom and sister since his 2001 split from ex-wife Nicole Kidman. Tom is very close with his mom, Mary Lee South and sister Cass and her sons. Cass has even home schooled Tom’s adopted children with Nicole Kidman and looked after them while he was away. A friend of TomKat’s told the tab, “It’s about time for Tom and Katie to live alone, They never have before.”
