Katie Holmes just had her bob chopped off into a shaggy, pixie-esque crop. The actress, who's turned into something of a style chameleon this year, was spotted in New York on the way to a stage rehearsal for her new Broadway show showing off her new 'do – turning heads of street walkers, and the assembled paparazzi.
