Britney Reveals Her New Way of Life

Britney Spears, 26, has been widely critized the past few years for her figure. Bag after bag of cheetos was really started to show. The singer tells OK! she has been working hard to get her body back and says she is the healthiest she has been in years. How did Britney achieve this bikini bod she was showing off recently in Cabo.

“I’m the healthiest I’ve been all my life, my diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don’t eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I’ll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it’s not much, but it’s actually a lot of food if you eat the right things.”

Of course, htting the gym is also a big part of her new way of life. Britney says she works out five days a week with a trainer doing cardio and weights. The issue of OK! comes out Thurdsay.
