During Sharon Stone’s custody case a judge has referred to her as a overreactive parent afte she suggested giving a Botox treatment to cure her 8-year-old son’s smelly feet. You know, because Botox cures everything.
In Superior Court papers, the judge also said Stone “delegates many of her parenting responsibilities to third parties” and has “simply refused” to participate in counseling unless her “schedule is accommodated and her demands are met.”
“Such conduct on the part of any parent … is unacceptable and does not serve the child’s best interest,” the San Francisco judge writes in the document, which is a tentative statement on Stone’s motion to modify custody.
Surprise, surprise the judge denied Stone’s request to move her son Roan to LA. He is currently living with Stone’s ex-hubby Phil Bronstein in San Fran. This judge is no rookie, he’s seen Basic Instinct and Casino. I wouldn’t let kids live with her either!

Britney Spears has hit back at claims of a two-hour sex tape with ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. The paparazzo reportedly claimed that he made a sex tape with Spears while they were vacationing in Mexico earlier this year.
A rep for Spears, who recently released her new single ‘Womanizer,’ tells E! News that Ghalib’s claims are not true. “The story is completely false,” the Spears camp says.
Jenny McCarthy is attacking back against actress Amanda Peet after her comments in a recent magazine interview, where she called parents who choose not to vaccinate their children, parasites in an upcoming issue of Spectrum Magazine.
Even after Amanda apologized for her comments, Jenny is taking pride in being called a parasite and defending the autism community. In Spectrum’s October/ November issue Jenny says, “she has a lot of balls to come forward and be on that side, because there is an angry mob on my side, I like the fact that I can say she’s completely wrong.”
A representative for Janet Jackson says the singer has been hospitalized after falling ill shortly before a concert. According to statement released by W&W Public Relations, the singer canceled her concert in Montreal on Monday after she “got suddenly ill” during her sound check and had to be rushed to the hospital just before show time.
The statement says Jackson is being monitored at the hospital and hopes to reschedule the show. No further information was given about Jackson’s condition.
DJ AM, real name Adam Goldstein, is among the mourners who attended a memorial service in Los Angeles Monday for Chris “Lil’ Chris” Baker, who died in the Learjet crash that killed four and wounded two on Sept. 20 in Columbia, South Carolina.
Goldstein, dressed in a green polo shirt, followed Villar’s request that people wear green – Baker’s favorite color – to honor her husband’s memory. Goldstein, who suffered burns in the crash, was released from Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Ga., last Friday.

I’m not sure what either of these people are famous for, but I am surprised a photog would even be willing to get this close to them.
Meg Ryan has come out accusing Dennis Quaid of adultery, after discussing her own affair with Russell Crowe at the end of her marriage.
“It was a great story. But what wasn’t in the story was the reality of my marriage for nine years. Dennis was not faithful to me for a long time, and that was very painful. I found out more about that once I was divorced.”
Quaid fired back:
“It was eight years ago, and I find it unbelievable that Meg continues publicly to rehash and rewrite the story of our relationship,” the actor tells us exclusively. “Also, I find it regrettable that our son, Jack, has to be reminded in a public way of the turmoil and pain that every child feels in a divorce.”
I find it totally believeable dude, she craves the spotlight. No jobs coming in, so it’s time to say “look at me” by whatever means necessary. It’s kind of like I heard a statement once that the entertainment industry is just like an extension of high school, kinda true.
Jermaine Dupri is bringing the phrase “party like a rockstar” to a new level. He recently celebrated his 36th birthday at Tenjune drinking Patron and champagne with Jay-Z, Busta Rhymes and Ice-T in attendance. The party took a dive when Dupri “vomited in Janet’s lap. Ms. Jackson bolted out of the scene and sped off in her chauffeured Maybach.” A rep for the couple has not returned calls.
Wow - now that’s a birthday you will never forget! Well, at least Janet won’t forget it. I mean, I don’t typically like to get all literary, but I think the puke in the lap is a metaphor for Janet’s career.
