If you're gonna do meth, do it right - keep it in the family! During a routine probation search of 24-year-old Redmond O'Neal's room at 67-year-old Ryan O'Neal's house in Malibu, police discovered a vial of meth and then upon further searching found more meth in Ryan's bedroom.

Ryan and Redmond were released from the Malibu/Lost Hills sheriff’s station Wednesday morning. Bail had been set at $10,000. Ryan, who was nominated for an Academy Award for his starring role in 1970’s Love Story, was also arrested last year on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and negligent discharge of a firearm during an argument with another son, Griffin. The actor claimed he only fired a warning shot.

Damn! Party in Mal-e-bu! Redmond is a vet, he was arrested last year for possession of meth and heroin, while simultaneously getting a DUI. That takes talent!
