After giving birth to Honor Marie Warren, on June 7, 2008, Jessica Alba was determined to get back into shape! Thanks to a workout with trainer, Ramona Braganza, and eating sensible meals, Jessica looks great!
The star is following the 3-2-1 Baby Bulge Be Gone! plan from Ramona Braganza which combines 3 Cardio Segments, 2 Circuit Strength, and 1 Core Segment all in an efficient fat burning one hour workout five days a week. As for her diet, Jessica - who is breast feeding - is on NutriFit’s meal delivery plan of 1600 to 1800 calories a day, according to Us Weekly.
