Roll it up, light it up, smoke it up...injail! Miss Teen Louisiana USA was busted with a bag o' dope after she and a friend dined-and-dashed on a $46 bill at Waffle House. Lindsay returned to get her purse and the cops cuffed that mug. Speaking of mugs, I wonder if this is her mug shot? If it is, I have to say it's damn good, she's a natural miss USA in the making! Even Heather Locklear looks like a wet dog in her mug shot, this girl is a pro!
