Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag eloped last Thursday in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Their wedding and honeymoon will air on the fifth season of "The Hills."

"MTV is currently filming Heidi and Spencer in Mexico, as we were expecting to capture them on vacation," Gateley told MTV News. "Fans will be able to see the exclusive footage from the ceremony in an upcoming episode, and we will continue to follow the newlyweds' relationship as it plays out in real life."

^shocking.. That show is totally scripted b/c I don't know how Heidi's sister doesn't haul off and hit him when he spouts off at her. he is such an ass. If that were real life there would be fists flying.
