A-Rod and Madonna "Just Friends"

Alex Rodriguez has denied he is in a romantic relationship with Madonna. A-Rod says he finds reports linking him to the 50-year-old laughable:

blockquote>"I've ... read that we were buying an apartment together. That is absolutely ridiculous."

The Yankees player says he has a deep "philanthropic" connection with the Material Girl. He said recently that he and Madonna "shared a lot of the same commitments toward helping children."
