Ashlee Simpson made her first public appearance on Monday since giving birth to son Bronx three weeks ago. Hiding her post-baby bod in a coat, the singer, 24, popped by West Hollywood Troubadour club to watch her husband, Pete Wentz, perform with his band Fall Out Boy.
