Oh Paris Hilton is going to be pissed! Benji recently broken up with Paris Hilton, and then had been rumored to be linked with ex Sofie Monk, and now he is dating Britney Spears. Apparently, is was Britney's dad that fixed Britney and Benji up.

InTouch reports that Jamie Spears recently made up a list of suitable boyfriends for his newly divorced daughter. The list included Chace Crawford, Jesse Metcalf, Michael Phelps and Benji Madden. That said, Britney's people contacted her potential new boyfriends' people and Benji agreed.

The Good Charlotte singer just recently broke up with Paris Hilton and was willing to go out with Britney. According to InTouch, Britney and Benji have seen each other a number of times and they're getting on really well!

“They’ve been on a few dates," says a source. "They met once at The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills for dinner in a hotel suite. She appears to like Benji a lot, and he seems to really like her.”
