Heidi Montag Is Dumb

Yes, I know I'm stating the obvious here, but I really didn't realize that Heidi was this dumb and shallow. She has taken it to a new level and actually got a manicure with the Chanel logo on each nail. Yes, this was not photoshopped. Apparently Heidi got the logo before shopping in the Chanel store in Beverly Hills.
