Actually, Isla Fisher is not Mrs. Cohen, not yet anyway. The two do plan on getting married. Isla had this to say in her interview with Allure Magazine:

On the family she has created with Sacha: “[It is] the thing that I am most proud of. And that is thanks to him.” Sacha was raised in an Orthodox Jewish community in London. Isla was raised as a Methodist and has converted to Judaism.”I think if one wanted to be buried next to one’s beloved and they were Jewish, then one would have to be Jewish, too.”

On marrying Sacha: “We are going to get married really, really, even more so now than ever. We have been talking about it, and we have been very close, but it has been difficult to plan [something private.]”

On gaining 60 pounds while pregnant with Olive: “Héagen Dazs and I had a great time together.” She went on to say “I loved being pregnant, and I never felt better. I lived it up.”
