Lauren Conrad celebrated her 23rd birthday Saturday in Las Vegas with a group of friends including Lauren "Lo" Bosworth and boyfriend Kyle Howard. Everyone wore Venetian masks. She turned 23 on February 1, 2009. Missing from the party were Audrina and Brody.
