Yes, it is official folks, Mandy Moore is off the market. I guess every girl needs a artsy hobo in their life. Don't they know you can get that free down on Skid Row? According to US Weekly Mandy Moore has been dating Ryan Adams since March and now the couple is officially engaged. Moore, 24, has been linked to DJ AM, Zach Braff and Wilmer Valderama. Adams, 34, has previously dated Parker Posey.

Mandy is one of those genuinely sweet angelic people you wish to meet your whole life," Adams told Us then, adding "unfortunately I am allergic to paparazzi and have found the best antidote to that sort of nonsense is staying behind the guitar and typewriter."

I guess in all fairness, he can help her write some decent lyrics, so it's a smart business move.
