Hugh Hefner Selling Mansion for 28 Million!

Not the Playboy Mansion but his home next door, Holmby Hills mansion where his ex-wife Kimberley and two sons were living. The mansion is selling for $28 million.

Hefner bought the 700 square foot mansion for 6.7 million dollars in 1998 for his former playmate wife Kimberley. The couple split in 1999 but Kimberley remained in the house, where she raised their two sons who have now gone to college. The mansion boasts five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, three fireplaces, a library and massive lawns.

The Times says that the Hefners are selling the place because the boys are off to college, but a Real Estalker post suggests that Hef might just be feeling the financial pinch like everyone else these days.
