While girls all over the United States are busy binging and purging, popping laxatives and blowing lines of coke, Kim Kardashian is busy being Photoshopped to look like she does all these things. Up-and-comers just don't realize that the real secret is to hire an A-list Photoshop artist. Here's Kimmy's before and after for Complex. I think she looks like an alien in both, so I'm not sure what they were going for.
