I guess it's hate on Kim Kardashian day! So Kim hosted a charity event last week in Miami, and she had some trouble talking. We know, it's difficult!

While emceeing Russell Simmons' Rush Philanthropic benefit, the reality star "couldn’t pronounce the word 'philanthropy,'" snickers a spy. "Everyone was laughing at her.
