Death in Katie Holmes Family

Katie Holmes' brother-in-law has passed away. Joseph Jeffrey Fretti the 48-year-old husband of Holmes' older sister Tamera has died unexpectedly of heart failure.

Fretti was the owner of a funeral home in Holmes' hometown of Toledo, Ohio.
