Some people just don't know when to say when with Photoshop. They should have an intervention show for photoshop addicts. Reportedly (although I'm not sure I believe it) this is Audrina Patridge in an ad for PETA promoting animal adoption instead of buying. I mean it seriously does not look at all like her face - if it didn't say "Audrina Patridge" in the ad I would have no clue it's her.
