Backstreet Boys singer Howie Dorough and his wife welcomed their first child Wednesday. Leigh Dorough gave birth to a son, James Hoke, at 2:30 p.m. in Los Angeles. James, born nearly a month premature, weighed in at 4 1/2 pounds. He is healthy, a rep for the couple says.
