Doug Reinhardt's Neighbors Hate Him (And Paris Hilton)

Paris Hilton basically brings a black cloud wherever she goes. Since moving in to boyfriend Doug Reinhardt's place a mere 5 days ago, a neighbor is offering to pay $5,000 a month more if Dougie will give Paris the boot.

The neighbor says Hiltie is ruining his life. She's lived there a grand total of 5 days ... already cops have been called twice because of loud parties, screaming and yelling, and vandalism. The neighbor is reportedly paying $22,000 a month and willing to up it to $27,000 to get Doug out. The real question I want to know is why the hell Doug Reinhardt is living near any neighborhood where the rent is $22K a month? Shouldn't he be living in some trailer park near Fresno?
