Jon & Kate Premiere: Most Watched Episode Ever!

The premiere of Jon & Kate Plus 8 was the TLC reality show's most watched episode of all time. 9.8 million viewers tuned in to watch the couple discuss their martial problems. To compare: the season finale of Lost attracted less viewers, at 9.2 million. The premiere doubled the Season 4 finale of Jon & Kate, which had 4.6 million viewers.

Why is the couple receiving so much attention? I am tired of hearing about them. So they are getting a divorce like half of the population..who cares?!?!
