David Carradine Hanging Photo Published in Thai Newspaper

A picture of David Carradine’s body hanging in a closet of his Bangkok hotel room was published in Thailand newspaper Thai Rath, leaving the actor’s family outraged. The shocking photo shows Carradine naked with his hands tied in front of him, hanging from the support bar in a closet. Tattoos on the lower half of his body are also visible.

Carradine, 72, was found dead Thursday. His death was initially ruled a suicide but investigators now believe he may have accidentally died while engaging in a sex act known as auto-erotic asphyxiation as a rope was also tied around his genitals.

An autopsy was conducted Friday but authorities say results will not be available for at least 3 weeks.

Carradine is best known for his role on the TV series ‘Kung Fu.’ He also starred in both ‘Kill Bill’ films. Carradine most recently starred in ‘Crank: High Voltage’ and appeared in the Jonas Brothers ‘Burnin’ Up’ music video. He was in Bangkok filming ‘Stretch.’
