Hugh Hefner has been dating three new very gorgeous blonde beauties, two of which are twins. Hef admits he can't really tell the 19-year-old twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon apart! Hefner admitting this recently at the Playmate of the Year party at The Palms in Sin City.

"I have one little trick, one has a little mark," Hef said, motioning to his neck. "Other than that, I don’t know."
