Jon & Kate Plus 8 Ratings Take a Plunge

TLC's hit show "Jon & Kate Plus 8" dropped in the ratings 77 percent on Monday. Only 2.4 million viewers tuned in on Monday which was significantly down from their June 22's divorce announcement episode, which was watched by a record 10.6 million.

Monday's episode, titled "The First 10 Years," consisted mostly of old clips. The show is now taking a break until Aug. 3 to give the family "some time to regroup."

So precious, the wedding vows!! too bad Jon's GF has told us that the marriage was over by then but TLC would not allow Jon and Kate to reveal it. This wedding show was a cynical sham, and I don't care, but imagine the betrayal for the kids, to go thru this and then be told "whooppee!! we are moving!" only to be dumped at the big new house and see b oth parents head off in different directions.

This is more reality than I can stomach.
