Whitney Port from 'The City' was spotted this weekend filming a beach scene with actress Roxy Olin. They stayed at the new 'W South Beach' oceanfront resort in Miami, Florida.

I agree! It looks like she needs a waxing! The ruffles resemble hair poking out the sides of her bottoms. Awful, awful suit.
