Nick Lachey’s mystery date the other night was with a blonde Southern belle named Holly Letchworth. Who is Holly Letchworth? Nobody really.

The Lachey and Letchworth were seen out Sunday night together at Stanley’s Restaurant And Bar in Sherman Oaks, California. A friend of Letchworth’s told RadarOnline.com:
“Holly is a really beautiful and smart girl and Nick Lachey is a lucky guy. She couldn’t believe all the fuss and text me after their first date ‘I can’t believe they cannot figure out who I am?’ Holly and a girlfriend have only recently re-located to Los Angeles and she went on a date with Jesse McCartney after they had exchanged details but nothing came of it.”
The pretty 23-year-blonde likes to party and is currently enjoying the single-life after splitting-up with a long-term boyfriend back in Louisiana. Both she and her girlfriend decided to re-locate after the bar she worked-in ‘Daiquiris Supreme’ burned down in a fire.
Her friend revealed: “Holly was a really friendly bartender at Daquiris and she made a lot of money in tips from the customers. She is a really pretty girl with a nice figure and she likes to wear trendy outfits and always makes sure that she looks good.
It’s funny that she went on a date with Nick Lachey because people often told her that she looked like Jessica Simpson his former wife.
Holly comes from a really grounded family and she is a very loyal person who is very sweet too. In my most recent conversation with her she told me that she just went on a date with Nick and nothing else happened afterwards - but they are still talking so who knows?”
