Rachel Bilson was in Glendale, California on October 6, 2009 doing some shopping at Target for Halloween gear. Rachel was with half sister Hattie Bilson, Stepmother Heather Medway and toddler half sister Rosemary Bilson in search of a costume and other items for Halloween.
