Jon Gosselin Still Hasn't Paid Back Money!

Kate Gosselin is still waiting for Jon Gosselin to return $152,000 of the $180,000 he took from their joint account, according to the reality star’s lawyer Mark Momjian.

Momjian says Jon Gosselin has only returned $28,500 of the money, which he was ordered to return by a Pennsylvania judge. For her part, Kate has complied with a court order which required her to account for $55,000 she spent on household expenses.

“Kate has complied with the court order in advance of the date,” Momjian says. Jon’s lawyer Mark Heller said the reality star was in “complete compliance” with the court order. “We still haven’t had that money wired to us,” Momjian says of the $152,000. “I have no doubt Jon’s lawyer is making an accurate representation but I’m just waiting.”
