Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are thrilled to be adding two more daughters to their rainbow brood. But serious medical problems — and a frightening collapse — are casting a dark cloud over their baby joy.
Angelina and Brad will be adding two more girls to their growing family when Angie gives birth in July, Star has learned exclusively. And they are ecstatic at the news that they are having twin daughters. “Brad can’t wait — he absolutely adores little girls,” says a family insider. “And Angelina just loves seeing him and the other kids so excited and happy.”
But behind all the joy, Angelina’s difficult pregnancy has the superstar couple on edge, as they prepare for a worst-case-scenario birth early this summer.
In fact, just before leaving for France, Angelina suffered a terrifying collapse that left her tearful, weak and panic stricken, fearing her fall may have harmed her two unborn babies, an insider tells Star. “Angie got out of bed and was halfway across the room when she passed out and fell,” says the insider. “Brad heard her hit the floor — hard — and he rushed to her side. She came around pretty quickly, and the medical team that has been traveling with her, a doctor and a nurse, got her back into bed and started checking her vitals.”

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie take children Zahara and Pax for a stroll on a very rocky beach near to Bono’s home in the South of France along with U2’s The Edge. Angelina was helped to take a seat to rest on the rocks by Zahara, Brad and The Edge whist Brad played with the kids at the waters edge.

Love them or hate them, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are pretty influential, according to Time. The pair ranked No. 21 on the magazine’s 2008 list of the world’s 100 most influential people.
In an article written by George Clooney, the actor writes, “It is one thing to talk about the problems of the world and quite another to actually try to change things.” He goes on to talk about their work in Pakistan, how “they have tended to the poor and sick in Africa” and how they shelled out $1 million for the victims in Darfur, among other humanitarian efforts. Says Clooney, “The couple cares for three adopted children , from Cambodia, Ethiopia and Vietnam, in addition to their biological daughter. “There are hundreds of people who could be honored for their good works, but I’ve seen Brad and Angelina firsthand, and their commitment together is truly impressive,” he adds.
The couple beat out Oprah Winfrey, who came in at No. 22.
Embattled teen queen Miley Cyrus was No. 59.

With four children to manage and two more on the way, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt make it seem so easy. They travel around the globe at a moment’s notice with their kids in tow, but sources reveal to Star that behind the scenes, they’re losing control of their unruly brood.
With four kids come four very different personalities, which all seem to clash. And the sibling rivalry is brutal. Maddox, 6, is constantly pushing Pax, 4, around in an attempt to show him who’s boss, says a source. “But Pax is no wimp, and he fights back.”
But it’s little Zahara, 3, who really rules the roost! “She screams and shouts at the boys when she doesn’t get her way,” says the source. Not even Shiloh, 22 months, is safe — and the toddler has the battle scars to prove it. “Z is always pushing or scratching her.”
Zahara’s picking on Shiloh is usually motivated by snacks. “Z once clawed Shiloh’s cheek after she tried to take her cookie,” says an insider who witnessed one incident. “She’s always pulling on Shiloh’s hair so she can steal her food.”
And little Shiloh has more than her hair to worry about! Recently while Shiloh’s three older siblings roughhoused, she got knocked down and chipped a tooth! “Angie gets worried when Shi plays with them,” says the insider. “She always comes back with a scraped knee or a fat lip!”
In fact, another source says food is a problem with all the kids and blames much of their rowdiness on a poor diet. “They eat fast food, pizza, chips and sugary soft drinks,” says the source. “Brad and Angie let them eat what they want because it brings harmony to the chaotic household.” To make matters worse, the insider adds, “because bedtime is whenever the kids feel like it, they get overly tired and cranky. Brad and Angelina don’t like to be too strict.”

It’s all good news for fans of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. They gave away a lot of money in 2006, it’s all documented, and none of it went to any cult religions or crazy organizations. According to the first federal filing for the Jolie Pitt Foundation, the couple put over $8 million into their tax-free instrument. Pitt put in $4,402,317. Jolie donated $4,123,613.
Their first years’ donations totaled a whopping 2,367,935. The biggest amounts were $1 million apiece to Doctors Without Borders (International Division) and to Global AIDS Alliance.
The smaller grants went to Namibia Red Cross Action Program ($137,935), which is nice, since the couple caused chaos there when camped out during the birth of baby Shiloh; $100,000 to the Daniel Pearl Foundation (the couple made the movie “A Mighty Heart” about Pearl — this was a sop to his widow, Marianne, whom Jolie played); another $100,000 to Global Green USA and to the Epidermolysis Bulloma Medical Research Foundation; $5,000 each to two orphanages visited by Jolie; and $20,000 to an art park in Los Angeles.

As if adopting 83 kids and having twins wasn’t enough, the Jolie-Pitt’s have continued their quest for world domination by making an offer on a home in France. From US Weekly:
The duo – who set up a temporary home in Namibia in 2006 in anticipation of the birth of Shiloh, 21 months – have made an offer on an 850-year-old stone house in Eygalieres, in the country’s Provence region.
Pitt and Jolie – who has taken her baby bump everywhere from Texas to Baghdad – originally looked at the $20 million, fully renovated structure (official name: Mas de la Chapelle St. Sixte) last year, but lost interest when they learned Pitt, 44, would not be given consent to build a motorbike circuit on the five-acre garden.
“As soon as they found out it was now possible, they jumped at the chance.”

And I can also reveal that, despite rumors the pair are expecting twins, it will be just one girl to add to their growing family. “Angelina has been told she is expecting a girl. She’s thrilled.”
Angelina’s mom, actress Marcheline Bertrand, died last year and the star wants to embrace her French heritage by bringing up her new tot over there.
After months of house-hunting Brad and Angelina — who revealed her bump in a tight black dress at the weekend — have bought a chateau in the south of France and plan to make it their family home. When their newborn arrives this summer the couple will be parents to five kids.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, expecting their second biological child, avoided an Oscar meeting with Pitt’s ex Jennifer Aniston by pulling out of a party they were all set to attend. The pair were due to meet Brad’s ex-wife Jennifer at a pre-Oscars party at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Saturday, but instead decided to go to the nearby Film Independent Spirit Awards.
Aniston spent an hour mingling with stars including George Clooney, Jake Gyllenhaal, Seal and Heidi Klum before retreating back to the one of the hotel’s private bungalows.
Meanwhile, Jolie proudly displayed her baby bump by wearing a tight black dress at the Spirit Awards.

Brad Pitt has blasted a U.S. publication after it published a story claiming that daughter Shiloh had been the target of a kidnap threat. An article in the current issue of weekly publication Life & Style, quotes sources as saying that Brad and partner Angelina Jolie have stepped up security after a chilling note was left at the door of one of their homes.
However, Brad has dubbed the report “reckless” and insists it is completely made up. He says: “This is absolutely not true and reckless and dangerous to put these ideas out into the world.”

Angelina Jolie is still keeping her lips sealed about being pregnant. With beau Brad Pitt on her arm, she attended Saturday’s Santa Barbara International Film Festival, where she received the “Performance of the Year” award for her role as Mariane Pearl in A Mighty Heart. She hid her bump in a black chiffon shawl. Reporters were told not to ask about reports that she is expecting, the Associated Press reported.

Angelina Jolie’s brother has confirmed that the actress is to adopt another African girl with partner Brad Pitt. The couple plan to tour orphanages in March in search of a sister to bond with Ethiopian daughter Zahara.
James Haven is quoted in the Daily Mirror as saying: “They are creating one big family and will keep adopting as long as they are able to. “Angie and Brad talk about how much they have been taught by their kids. In many respects Angie saved Zahara’s life and there are so many more children whose lives she could save and she talks about that constantly.”
Jolie and Pitt already have three adopted children - two-year-old Zahara, six-year-old Maddox from Cambodia, and four-year-old Pax from Vietnam - as well as 20-month-old biological daughter Shiloh. They were originally reported to be planning a second African adoption last August.

Although Angelina Jolie sometimes has trouble giving her body nourishment, she is determined to give Brad an exquisite gift for his 44th birthday. She bought him a uber-expensive motorcycle with a great inscription.
Jolie, 32, treated her hunky fella to an extra-special birthday present: a $100,000 motorcycle engraved with a tribute to his favorite musician.
In front of the handlebars is a plaque with the words, “My Sweetheart, the Drunk,” the name of a Jeff Buckley album, Pitt’s favourite singer.
I don’t know if any of you have heard of Jeff Buckley - but he was an absolutely phenomenal singer/songwriter who died tragically in a drowning accident. “My Sweetheart, the Drunk” was an album he was working on when he passed away. Check out his song “Hallelujah” (a Leonard Cohen rendition) Here.
