Apparently Eva Longoria is back to working out for Desperate Housewives now that the writer’s strike is over. Seems a little strange, ever since I have seen Eva, I don’t think her weight has fluctuated at all. It looks like she never took any time off from working out in the first place.
“I’m working out, I’m eating my healthy food I get prepared,” she said with a sigh. “It is so much easier being in shape when you’re on the show because you have a chef and the gym is right there, so you really have no excuse.”
Longoria is also busy in her latest venture - a restaurant. Beso is a Latin restaurant that opens Thursday in Los Angeles.

Despite persistent rumors, Eva Longoria-Parker insists that the little extra bulge around her belly is just home cooking – not evidence of impending motherhood.
“No pregnancy, not yet,” said the actress Saturday during an interview for her new film, Over Her Dead Body, in Santa Monica. “I’ve been cooking and eating, cooking and eating. I keep telling everyone that I’ve gained 10 pounds just being on strike.”

Tony Parker reportedly has sued the X17 news agency over its story that he had an affair with a French model.
TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed by Tony Parker — Eva’s hubby — against X17, the photo agency that published reports and text messages alleging that he cheated on Eva Longoria shortly after the couple were married.
In the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Parker alleges X17 defamed him, claiming, “X17 had to know that the story was false, or at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source.”
X17 published stories that French model Alexandra Paressant had “an affair with Mr. Eva Longoria and that the two carried on a secret relationship for about two months.”
The San Antonio Spur seems particularly pissed that X17 never sought to “verify the information with Mr. Parker, Ms. Longoria, any of their representatives or….anyone else who might have knowledge of the truth or falsity of the allegations.”
The suit states, “Tony Parker has never had sexual relations with a woman named Alexandra Paressant.” The suit seeks at least $20 million.

Eva Longoria and Tony Parker are standing by their marriage as rumors of infidelity by the NBA star hit Internet gossip sites Wednesday. “I love my wife,” Parker said in a statement to PEOPLE. “She’s the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier.” Longoria, who took Parker’s name this year after their July nuptials, added, “Tony has been nothing short of the perfect husband.”
Earlier, Longoria’s rep Liza Anderson had called the allegations “completely, 100 percent false and untrue.”

Alexandra Paressant gave X17 the first, exclusive interview, by phone, about her relationship with Tony Parker and here’s what they learned: The top model recalls how during Eva and Tony’s wedding on July 7, 2007, the NBA player was looking at her with a wandering eye. The two were eventually introduced to each other by mutual friend, star soccer player Thierry Henry.
Alex and Tony later exchanged sexually explicit text messages and phone calls until September 29 when Tony was in Paris at the Park Hyatt hotel where the two slept together. The continued seeing each other night after night until he left to San Antonio.

The rumor mill was churning about a supposed sex tape featuring Eva Longoria. It hit the Internet on Monday, but turned out to be a spoof. Since the clip’s debut, on Will Ferrell’s website www.funnyordie.com, it’s had over one million hits.
Longoria came only to “Extra” to talk about the spoof, she declares, “I love how everybody would think I had a sex tape.” About her husband Tony Parker seeing the tape, she tells her good buddy and “Extra’s” Mario Lopez that, “He saw it and thought it was so funny!” She continues, “I got so many calls going honey are you okay? Is it you and Tony? I hope it’s you and Tony.”
The tape was made about two months ago and when asked about her mother seeing/hearing about it, she laughs, “My mom never really panics about anything.” Longoria jokes, “If you want to be a celebrity, go to rehab or make a sex tape!”

Rumours have been rife on the web that the saucy video exists and contains intimate scenes featuring the Desperate Housewives beauty and her NBA star hubby Tony Parker.
If the tape is genuine, it is tipped to become the biggest sex tape unearthed since Paris Hilton’s One Night In Paris. Latest reports suggest the video has made its way online, but only on paid for sites.
Last year Longoria was rumoured to have featured in a sex tape which also made it online, but it was found out to be fake.

When a celebrity opens her weeklong Paris wedding to the press, the swag isn’t far behind. Eva Longoria and Tony Parker pimped out their “special day” to OK! magazine for $2 million, but they didn’t have to pay for the goodies their wedding guests received.
Those invited to the insanely over-covered nuptials got $700 bracelets from French jeweler Van Cleef & Arpels, along with Bebe bags filled Vitamin Water, L’Oreal products for women and a Cole Haan kit for men. At least the lovebirds paid for their wedding rings and luxurious gifts for each other, but, “They didn’t purchase anything for their guests,” said our insider. Even the tacky “Mrs. Parker” track suit Longoria sported before hopping on her honeymoon plane was a gift from Bebe, the fashion company she endorses.
