John Mayer's new "Battle Studies" album is currently available online one week before it official gets released. The album can be heard on on Rhapsody. The album officially comes out next Tuesday (November 17th). He told Billboard.com he's grown up since releasing 2007's Continuum.

Johnny Knoxville Is Going To Be A Dad
Not too long after his divorce from long-time wife Melanie Clapp, Johnny Knoxville is going to be a dad again.
His girlfriend of nearly a year, Naomi Nelson, is three months pregnant.
"Yes, they are expecting and very excited," his rep tells Us.
Damn! Dude us definitely not shooting blanks. I guess he's legit though, they were married 12 years which is like an eternity nowadays. Knoxville also has a 13-year-old daughter, Madison, whom he had with ex-wife Melanie. Congrats to the couple!

John Mayer Shows Off His Apartment
John Mayer showed off his apartment which just happens to be designed by Georgio Armani. I guess he showed to prove he is "growing up" after he was spotted the week before out to lunch with a pair of cougars.
“After I finally figured out how to behave, and how to dress, I wanted to get the next thing—my apartment—right. It’s the last piece of the style puzzle.”
John Mayer's Bad Pick Up Lines
So even if you're a multi-millionaire musician named John Mayer, you still have crappy pick up lines. It gives us normal pee-on men a little peace of mind. Johnny tried to pick up up-and-coming pop singer Jessie James at some spot in WeHo. Check her pic out here.

" She said Mayer left first to avoid the paparazzi, and when they got to Mayer's apartment, "We were all hanging out and everyone started to gradually leave. It was just he and I at this point. I told him, 'I need some taxi money, I'm gonna go home now.' " Mayer asked James for her number and she gave it to him before leaving. She recalled, "He texted me throughout the entire night while I was at the hotel room," leaving messages like, "Let me tuck you in. I want to see you."

John Mayer is reportedly dating model and ex-buffalo wing server Scheana Marie Jancan. Scheana Marie Jancan. Sources say the singer met 24-year-old Jancan at the Beverly Hills lounge in early April. He later asked her out and sources say Jancan was “thrilled.”
“Scheana was shocked the thrilled when John asked her out. She has always thought he was hot, and she said yes right away, writing down her cell phone number on a napkin,” says a source. “They flirted the whole time, and he told her she was cute.”
Mayer has not commented on the reports. Jancan has modeled for Ed Hardy and Doritos. Mayer recently split from actress Jennifer Aniston, who has allegedly blamed the breakup on his immaturity. Aniston is rumored to be dating Scottish actor Gerard Butler.

John Mayer Preferred Jessica Simpson was Seen and Not Heard when they dated...
Back when they were dating, John Mayer felt Jessica Simpson should be seen and not heard. He liked the way Jessica looked but wasn't really interested in what she had to say. If fact he would rather her not say anything.
"John used to tell Jess all the time, 'I'm really attracted to your spiritual side,' " a friend tells us. "He'd tell her that every time she opened her mouth to speak. It was a nice way of basically saying, 'Just sit there and be pretty, and don't ruin it with talk.' The sad thing is she started to tell people, 'I'm working on being more spiritual,' and then just sit there quietly."
I mean I can't completely blame John Mayer for this. Back when Nick and Jessica were on "Newlyweds" and were out having a romantic dinner, there were a few times she ruined the mood for me. They would be in a beautiful place enjoying the scene and then she would come out and say the dumbest f'ing thing.

John Mayer Debuts new song "Heartbreak Warfare" about Jennifer Aniston
John Mayer’s new song ‘Heartbreak Warfare’ is reportedly about his split from Jennifer Aniston. The actress is mentioned by name in the song.
“If you want more love, Why don’t you say so? Drop his name, push it in and twist the knife again; Watch my face as I pretend to feel no pain, pain, pain,” Mayer sings.
The song will be featured on Mayer’s upcoming album Battle Studies. “The concept of the album is the war of love – the art of war of love,” Mayer said. “Sometimes instead of saying ‘I love you,’ people can’t recognize that. They recognize how much you come to their aid when they are in pain.”
Aniston and Mayer split in March after several months of dating. The pair has not commented on the reports.
